Salem Independent Living’s Transitional Program provides additional guidance and support for those who are making the transition from home or an immediate care facility to independence with supportive care.

• Assistance in life skills
• Adjunctive Therapies: horticulture, animal care, Therapeutic Equestrian Riding
• Employment Assistance & Job Coaching
• Weekly outings; including social, community and recreational activities
