Salem Independent Living and Marty’s Personal Care provides professionally educated caregivers. Safety, education and close supervision is maintained and observed.
In addition, all staff employed by Marty’s Personal Care must also complete annual training to meet continued educational requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities. Prior to providing care and services to individuals, all employees receive training relevant to the client’s individualized service plan to assure that clients reach their fullest potential of independence. |
